A number of my LEA-M8T modules are running older firmware (2.3) than the latest available (3.01). The process for updating them is not difficult, but some aspects are not intuitive and instructions may be difficult to find.

* Connect module to PC via UART1 or USB, verify connection in u-center * Open Tools → Legacy Firmware Update in u-center * Choose the .bin file from above * Leave the flash definition file field blank * Populate the FIS field with C:\Program Files (x86)\u-blox\u-center_v24.10\flash.xml
