NovAtel ProPak-V3-HP
The ProPack-V3 series is based on the OEMV-3 GNSS receivers from NovAtel. It is packaged into a few different form factors, the ProPack-v3 is a durable and ruggedized enclosure.
The ProPack-V3 is available in many different configurations. The -HP variant is “L1/L2 GPS code positions and DGPS, OmniSTAR HP/XP/VBS, SBAS, 20 Hz”

Yes, those are USB1.1 D+ and D- pins on the first COM port. I don't know how I feel about that.
